Which Mario Kart game has the best Battle mode?

In my opinion, MK64 does. They keep the concept simple enough to enjoy it. Playing with 2-4 people always pushes my buttons.

I do agree, however i like when cpu play in battle, not just humans. I'd say mk ds...

I'm not that big a fan of CPU battlers for some reason. MKWii's battle mode was really disappointing for me. BTW, I'd add a poll, but how do I do that, my dear?

I know: I wish they could take the courses/gameplay from mk64 and put it on ds version, or add cpu play to mk64

Yeah, it'd be awesome to have some variation. MK64 has the best tracks by and far. I'd like to see some Wi-Fi connectivity between friends on the Virtual Console. I'd love battling and racing on MK64 with my friends from the internet. BTW, I think only admins and mods can post polls for some reason.
